Q1. What are your packaging terms?

Answer: Generally, we pack goods in wooden crates and cardboard boxes. If you hold a legally registered patent, we can package the products into your branded packaging upon receipt of your formal authorization letter.

Q2. What are your payment terms?

Answer: Payment is made via telegraphic transfer (T/T). A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% due in full prior to shipment. Before the final payment, we will provide you with photographs of the finished products and their packaging for verification.

Q3. What is your delivery time?

Answer: Delivery typically takes place within 30 days after the production order is confirmed. The exact timeline may vary depending on the nature of the products and the order quantity.

Q4. Do you conduct testing on all goods before shipment?

Answer: Yes, we carry out 100% pre-delivery quality testing on all products.

Q5.Can you customize the size based on my pickup truck?

Answer:Only 1 set.Yes, we have drawings for over 20 mainstream pickup truck models, and we are able to customize campers foreach pickup truck.MOQ 1 set!

Q6. Can l increase or decrease the configuration? Do you supportcustomization?

Answer:Yes, we support customization. We will provide a quotation for basic configuration and additional configuration,please contact us to request.We welcome every customer to participate in the design.

Q7. Can I choose the color of the pickup truck hood and the pickup truck tent?

Answer:Yes, you can choose our existing colors, we can also provide color cards for you to choose.

Q8. How long is the after-sale period?

Answer:The after-sale period for most appliances is 1 year. For other parts, Free parts will always be supplied forsupporting as long as it's our responsibility.
